Master's Thesis Candidate
Krijn van der Steen has a background in Computer Science, where he has specialized in game technology in both his Bachelor's as his Master's degree. During this degree various skills have been cultivated, from psychology, design, application building, Artificial Intelligence and computer vision. After doing coursework abroad, focused on utilizing Computer Science for health-care, he applied for an internship at the AI Lab for Living Technologies starting in 2024. Offering a new view, and a skillset in digital worldbuilding, on visualizing organoid segmentation as part of Master's thesis. Currently, this skillset is being applied to visualize organoid segmentation using the 3D modeling software Blender.
